Built for one job, not a bloated platform

We bypassed logins, trackers, and servers to give you the most efficient utility experience built on modern web sandboxing standards.

Live Bi-directional Transformation

Write questions inside intuitive plain-text syntax and fetch compliant Moodle XML arrays on the fly. Or transform structural exports back into clean GIFT blocks for simple editing.

Zero Uploads. Local Execution.

Your e-learning questions and enterprise asset zip arrays never hit our servers. All compiling scripts execute safely inside the sandboxed context of your browser's thread.

SCORM 1.2 & 2004 Standardized

Instantly build packaging zip nodes that comply structurally with core manifest requirements. Works perfectly inside any standard LMS environment, from Canvas to Blackboard.

Ecosystem Expansion

Minimal steps, maximum reliability

A streamlined workflow running natively in your browser tab.

1

Supply Content

Paste raw GIFT questions or drag a localized course folder directly into our secure workspace browser window.

2

Local Compilation

Our offline client engines convert files locally, verifying correct schema, syntax format, and structure parameters.

3

Direct Sandbox Export

Instantly grab clean XML archives or valid SCORM packages ready to be imported directly into your LMS.

Why we don't have databases or cookie popups

Most conversion utilities exist to capture user emails or analyze learning content arrays. LMSTools operates entirely under a client-side execution philosophy.

✓ GDPR & FERPA Secure ✓ Fully Offline Enabled

Your assets never traverse the network

Since processing logic resides purely within local JavaScript modules, your proprietary catalogs never leave your computer terminal.

Zero analytics, trackers, or cookies

We choose not to deploy tracking tools. The utilities operate with high structural speed unhindered by external scripts.

Everything you need to know

Is it really safe to use these tools for sensitive academic training?
Yes. Unlike converters that upload files to their servers, LMSTools runs entirely in your local browser sandbox. Your proprietary content never traverses the network. You can disconnect your internet after loading the page and it will still function.
Do you support SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, or both?
We support both. You can select between SCORM 1.2 (best for legacy systems) and SCORM 2004 (best for detailed tracking). The packager auto-generates the appropriate imsmanifest.xml schemas automatically.
Will these tools always remain free, or is a paid tier planned?
These specific core tools will remain 100% free. Since they process everything locally on your client machine, they do not incur server processing costs for us to maintain.
